After connecting to a spatial database, the dialog is updated to show the available features for query.

The first time a query is made to a spatial database the following dialog is displayed indicating that queries are not undoable. Use Erase Features to remove (and not delete) any unwanted features in the session. Select “Don’t show this message again” to prevent the message from being displayed for each query.
